The math nobody shows you

A lower credit score doesn't just feel bad.
It costs you real money. Every month.

Every loan you take out — car, home, business — comes with an interest rate directly tied to your credit score. The lower the score, the higher the rate. The difference between a 541 and a 680 on a $30,000 car loan can cost you over $10,000 across the life of the loan.

Vance Credit costs $97 a month. That's the math. If inaccurate items on your report are holding your score back, the cost of not addressing them is almost always greater than the cost of addressing them.

No commitment until you decide to enroll. Rates are illustrative.

Rate ranges are illustrative estimates based on publicly available market data and vary significantly by lender, loan type, down payment, geography, and individual circumstances.

Goal tracks

What are you trying to get approved for?

Your dispute strategy is built around your actual goal. Auto lenders and mortgage underwriters look at different items. We optimize for your specific finish line.

Auto Approved

Declined on a car loan or know your score isn't there yet. We target the items auto lenders weight most heavily — collections, charge-offs, late payments reported in error.

Lenders typically look for 620–640+ · varies by lender

→ Return-to-dealer coordination when you reach your target range

Home Approved

Mortgage underwriters look at specific patterns — payment history, utilization, specific derogatory items. We focus the dispute strategy on what mortgage lenders actually flag.

Business Funded

Business credit and personal credit are separate systems. Most entrepreneurs don't know they may not have a business credit profile. We build both simultaneously.

Score thresholds are typical lender benchmarks — they vary by lender, loan program, down payment, and individual financial profile. Vance Credit does not guarantee loan approval, specific score changes, or that reaching any threshold will result in credit approval. Individual results vary.

The Vance Guarantee

The promise nobody in this industry
will say out loud.

We guarantee what we control. We won't claim to control what we don't. That honesty is rarer than it should be.

01

The Work Guarantee

Everything the FCRA legally allows — or you don't pay. Our effort is guaranteed.

02

No Work, No Pay

Disputes in your portal before any invoice. Every billing cycle. No exceptions.

03

Open File Promise

Real-time portal access. Every dispute. Every bureau response. Nothing hidden.

04

30-Day Activity

Disputes submitted within 30 days of enrollment — or full refund.

The 6-Month Service Guarantee

"If after 6 months of active enrollment we have not submitted documented dispute activity on your credit file, we refund every dollar you paid us — and work your file for another 6 months at no charge."

This guarantee covers our documented effort and dispute submissions — not how credit bureaus respond or what your score does. No legitimate credit repair company can guarantee score outcomes, and any that claim to are violating federal law. Conditions: active credit monitoring maintained throughout; client does not take actions that materially damage the file during the service period. Full terms stated in your written contract before you sign anything.

Choose Your Pace

Three ways to work your file.

All three start at $0 and never bill in advance. Dispute bills only when your report moves. Complete and Rapid — certified mail and a dedicated advisor every round — bill after each documented round of work. Same honesty, matched to what each plan costs to run.

Most Enrollments · Standard Timeline

Vance Dispute

"We challenge every disputable item on your report, every month — and you only pay in the months it actually moves."

Best For

Most files on a standard timeline with no hard deadline. The everyday workhorse — steady monthly disputes until the job is done.

$99 /mo

No setup fee · First Class mail via CloudMail

No movement, no charge — Cancel anytime

Nothing charged today. You're never billed for a month your report doesn't move.

Included every month

Targeted bureau disputes — personalized letters to all 3 bureaus, sequenced by score impact. Sent via First Class CloudMail.
Goodwill letter campaign — professional removal requests sent to creditors for accurate late payments every applicable round.
Bureau response tracking — every investigation monitored and followed up within 30 days.
Monthly video update — a personal video from your advisor showing what we sent, what came back, what's next.
Real-time portal — every dispute, response, and invoice visible 24/7 before it fires.
Approval alert — instant notification when your score crosses your goal threshold.

The 80-Movement Guarantee

You're never billed for a month your report doesn't move — not just for 6 months, but for every month you're enrolled. No movement, no charge. The model is the guarantee. Full terms in your written contract.

Most Enrollments

Complex Files · Dedicated Advisor

Vance Complete

"A dedicated advisor. Certified mail on every letter. Every tool — working your file monthly until the job is done."

Best For

More than 4–5 negative items, collections from multiple creditors, or a specific loan deadline — and anyone who wants to hand it to one dedicated person and stop thinking about it.

$199 /mo

No setup fee · Certified mail on every letter — USPS tracking + proof of delivery

Billed after each documented round · never in advance · Cancel anytime

Nothing charged today. Certified mail on every dispute, goodwill letter, and creditor correspondence.

Everything in Vance Dispute — Plus

Dedicated Credit Advisor — one person owns your entire case. Knows your name, your file, your goal. You are not a ticket number.
Certified mail on every letter — USPS tracking + proof of delivery on all disputes, goodwill letters, and creditor correspondence.
Direct creditor intervention — letters go straight to original creditors when bureaus aren't moving fast enough.
Debt validation campaign — collectors legally required to prove the debt is valid before it stays on your report.
Return-to-lender package — formatted milestone report for your dealer, loan officer, or card issuer when you hit your target.

6-Month Service Guarantee

No documented dispute activity after 6 months of active enrollment? Full refund of every fee paid, plus 6 more months at no charge. Full terms in your written contract.

Hard Deadline · Maximum Urgency

Vance Rapid

"Car purchase in 30 days. FHA closing in 60. We fire everything at your file — simultaneously — on the fastest legal timeline possible."

Best For

A car purchase or mortgage closing in the next 30–60 days. Built for one urgent deadline — not for the long term.

$299 /mo

Certified mail on every letter · Priority file handling · Typically 2–3 months

Billed after each documented round, on the fastest timeline — never in advance · Cancel anytime

Built for urgency, not the long term. Tell us your deadline and we build your strategy around it.

Everything in Vance Complete — Plus

Priority file handling — your file is actively worked every week, not batch-processed monthly.
Multi-front simultaneous disputes — bureaus, original creditors, and collectors all contacted in the same round, not sequentially.
5-business-day escalation — any non-response triggers immediate CFPB complaint escalation, forcing a fresh investigation.
Rapid rescore coordination — we work with your lender or dealer to identify removals that qualify for rapid rescoring (3–5 business days vs. 30–45).
Utilization optimization plan — a specific paydown sequence for revolving balances, timed to maximize score movement before your deadline.
Weekly status updates — every week you know exactly where every dispute stands and what we're doing next.

60-Day Service Guarantee

No documented dispute activity within 60 days of active enrollment? Full refund of every fee paid. The window is shorter than our other plans because Rapid is built to finish in 2–3 months — a 6-month backstop wouldn't fit a deadline plan. Full terms in your written contract.

Federal law under CROA prohibits advance fees for credit repair. Every plan bills only after documented dispute activity. No exceptions. Individual results vary and are not guaranteed.

The process

No mystery. No fine print buried in the steps.

Every step, in order, exactly as it happens.

01

Vance Score Report — Free to start

You pull your 3-bureau report through our credit monitoring partner. A member of our team reviews every line and delivers a personalized dispute target list — what we'd challenge, why, and what the strategy is for your goal track. If we don't think we can make a meaningful difference, we tell you before you enroll in anything.

→ Real analysis. Not an algorithm. Not a quiz.

02

Your rights. Your contract. Three days to decide.

Before any work begins, you receive the Consumer Credit File Rights Under State and Federal Law disclosure — which explains your right to dispute items yourself at no cost. Federal law requires us to give you this.

→ 3 business days to cancel for a full refund. Your legal right. No questions.

03

Dispute strategy built for your goal

Auto Approved, Home Approved, or Business Funded. Your dispute strategy is built specifically for what you're trying to qualify for — not a generic template. The items a mortgage underwriter flags are different from what an auto lender looks at.

04

We submit. You watch.

Written dispute letters go to the bureaus — and when appropriate, directly to original creditors. Bureaus have 30 days to investigate under federal law. We track every open dispute and follow up. Everything is documented in real time in your portal.

→ Your portal shows the work. Then you see the invoice. Never the other way around.

05

Billing — only after work is documented

Your first charge fires after your dispute round is submitted and documented in your portal. Not at signup. Not at contract signing. After the work. Every billing cycle follows the same sequence: work, documentation, invoice. Federal law requires it.

→ Exact billing timing stated in your written contract before you sign.

06

Milestone — you reach your target range

We send your Vance Milestone Report — a summary of dispute activity and verified resolutions. If you came through a dealer referral, we coordinate your return. If you're on the home track, the report is formatted for your loan officer conversation.

FAQ

Questions we get every day.

Do you charge before you do any work?

Never. Federal law under CROA prohibits it — and we've built our entire operation around this fact. Your first charge fires after your first dispute round is submitted and visible in your portal. Not at signup. After the work.

Can you guarantee my score will go up?

No — and any company that tells you they can is violating federal law. We guarantee what we control: our documented effort, our dispute submissions, our follow-up. How credit bureaus respond is outside our control.

What is the 6-Month Service Guarantee?

If after 6 months of active enrollment we have not submitted documented dispute activity on your credit file, we refund every service fee and work your file for another 6 months at no charge. This guarantees our effort — not specific outcomes.

How long does credit repair take?

Bureaus have 30 days by law to investigate each dispute. How long your journey takes depends on your specific file, the number of disputable items, and how bureaus respond. After reviewing your Vance Score Report, we give you an honest estimate.

Can I do this myself for free?

Yes — and we are legally required to tell you this, so we will. You have the right to dispute inaccurate items directly with the credit bureaus at no cost. That right is explained in the Consumer Credit File Rights disclosure you receive before signing anything with us.

Can I cancel?

Yes. Within 3 business days of signing — full refund, no questions. That's your right under federal law and it's in every Vance Credit contract. After that, cancel any time. You only pay for completed dispute rounds. No cancellation fees.

What's a goal track?

Auto Approved, Home Approved, or Business Funded. Different lenders look at different items. We build your dispute strategy around your specific loan type — not a one-size-fits-all approach.

Do you work in every state?

Most U.S. states, yes. Georgia is the exception — Georgia law makes for-profit credit repair a misdemeanor. Georgia residents are routed to our partner nonprofit foundation at no charge.

Your file has a story.
Let's find out what it actually says.

What we cannot guarantee

Important — No outcome guarantees

Vance Credit LLC cannot and does not guarantee:

  • Approval for any loan, credit card, or financial product
  • Any specific timeline for results
  • That all disputable items will be successfully resolved

What Vance Credit does guarantee:

  • The Work Guarantee — We will do everything the FCRA legally permits to challenge inaccurate, unverifiable, and outdated items.
  • No Work, No Pay — Documented dispute activity in your portal before any invoice. Every billing cycle. Without exception.
  • Open File Promise — Real-time portal access to every dispute letter, bureau response, and billing record.
  • 30-Day Activity Guarantee — Disputes submitted within 30 days of active enrollment, or full refund.
  • 6-Month Service Guarantee — As described in Section 6.

Credit bureau investigation outcomes are determined by the bureaus and original creditors, not by Vance Credit. Any credit repair company claiming otherwise is violating federal law.

Section 10

  • Use our free tools for any commercial purpose without written authorization
  • Scrape, copy, or reproduce our website content, calculators, or tools

Section 11

Intellectual property

All content on the Vance Credit website — including text, graphics, calculator code, logo, brand elements, and educational materials — is the property of Vance Credit LLC and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our website and free tools for personal, non-commercial use only.

Disclaimer of warranties: Our website, free tools, and educational content are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation of damages: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Vance Credit LLC's liability to you will at all times be limited to the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Vance Credit be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

No limitation on CROA rights: Nothing in this limitation of liability limits your rights under the Credit Repair Organizations Act or any other consumer protection statute that cannot be contractually limited.

Free tools: Our calculators are provided for informational purposes only. Rate estimates and score impact projections are based on general market data and may not reflect your individual circumstances.

Section 13

Dispute resolution and arbitration

Arbitration notice — affects your legal rights

This section contains an agreement to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, and a waiver of class action rights.

Informal resolution first: Before initiating any formal dispute, you agree to contact us at contact@vancecredit.com and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally.

Binding arbitration: If informal resolution fails, disputes shall be resolved by binding arbitration under the American Arbitration Association (AAA) Commercial Arbitration Rules, conducted by telephone or videoconference. The arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding.

Class action waiver: You agree to bring any claims against Vance Credit in your individual capacity only, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class action or representative proceeding.

CROA claims: Nothing in this arbitration provision limits your right to bring individual claims under the Credit Repair Organizations Act in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Small claims court: Either party may bring an individual action in small claims court for disputes within that court's jurisdiction.

Section 14

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except to the extent that federal law (including CROA, FCRA, and TCPA) applies and preempts state law.

Section 15

General provisions

Entire agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and your signed service agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and Vance Credit regarding the Services.

Severability: If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.

No waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of our right to enforce it in the future.

Updates to these Terms: We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify active clients of material changes by email and by posting the updated Terms with a new effective date.

Force majeure: We are not liable for delays or failures in performance resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control.

Don't see your state open yet?
Get on the list.

We're actively pursuing licensing in additional states. Drop your info and you'll be the first we reach out to — before we announce publicly. No spam, no pressure.

We'll contact you when your state opens. No advance charges, ever — that's federal law and how we operate.

Georgia — Why Vance Credit cannot serve you directly

Georgia law (O.C.G.A. § 16-9-59) classifies for-profit credit repair as a criminal offense. This is a permanent statutory exclusion — not a licensing gap. Any for-profit credit repair company claiming to legally serve Georgia residents is either misinformed or operating illegally.

We will not serve Georgia residents through Vance Credit LLC. We've disclosed this clearly in our Terms of Service and on this page.

Georgia residents: free nonprofit route available

Georgia law permits nonprofit credit counseling organizations to provide credit assistance. We partner with a nonprofit foundation that provides credit dispute assistance to Georgia residents at no charge. Contact us directly and we'll connect you with the right resource.

Why we expand this way

A structured rollout is a compliance signal, not a limitation.

Credit repair is one of the most regulated consumer services in the country. Every state has its own licensing and bonding requirements layered on top of federal CROA protections. A company that claims to serve all 50 states with no disclosures or restrictions is almost certainly cutting corners.

We don't cut corners. We file the paperwork, meet the requirements, and open only when we're legally and operationally ready.

Open states — full service available

All plans available. Post-service billing. 3-day cancellation right. CROA-compliant contracts before any work begins.

~

Almost open — minimal registration only

Delaware, Missouri, and Pennsylvania require only a simple administrative filing. Registration is in progress and these states open very soon.

Licensing in progress — join the waitlist

22 states require substantive CSO licensing and surety bonds. We're working through that process state by state.

§

Georgia — permanent exclusion explained

Georgia law makes for-profit credit repair a misdemeanor. Georgia residents are routed to our nonprofit partner — free of charge.

State availability FAQ

Questions about where we serve.

Why do you show a map at all?

Because that's what low-quality operators do — they ignore state-specific requirements and serve everyone with no disclosures. Credit repair is regulated at the state level. We map our coverage because transparency about legal availability is part of how we operate.

I'm in an open state. What can I do right now?

Enroll. All three Vance Credit plans are available to you today. Your first charge fires only after your first dispute round is submitted and documented. Federal law requires this.

I'm in a coming-soon state. How long until you open?

We don't publish specific timelines because state licensing moves at its own pace. What we can tell you is that signing up for the waitlist directly influences our priority order.

Do state restrictions change what you can dispute?

State restrictions determine whether we can operate in a given state at all — they don't change what's disputable under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. The FCRA is federal law and applies uniformly.

Ready to see what's in your file?

If you're in an open state, you can begin today.

Licensing in progress

We're actively working on licensing here. Drop your info and we'll reach out the moment we open — before any public announcement.

Your declined pipeline
is a revenue problem.
We fix it.

Credit-declined buyers don't disappear — they close elsewhere. Vance Credit gives you a structured, compliant referral process that converts your dead pipeline into future closings and brings those clients back to you.

Cost to become a partner and start reclaiming pipeline
The business case

Your industry has a growing
declined-client crisis.

Credit conditions have tightened. The gap between buyers who want to transact and buyers who can qualify is wider than it has been in a decade. Almost none of them have a structured process for what happens when a client falls into that gap.

Pain 01 — Scale
1 in 3 apps
Auto loan applications are declined due to credit — and that ratio is climbing. For mortgage, near-miss borrowers represent 20–25% of all pre-qualification conversations.
→ You are turning away a third of your potential business at the door.
Pain 02 — The Double Loss
lost
When a declined client walks out with no path forward, you lose the deal twice. First when they leave. Second when they fix their credit with someone else and close at a competitor.
→ Your competitor is closing deals you originated. Today.
Pain 03 — No Structured Process
$0 process
Most dealers and brokers have no formal protocol for declined clients. No referral card. No approved language. No follow-up trigger. No way to track what happened to that client 90 days later.
→ A dead-end is a choice. Most don't realize they're making it.
Pain 04 — The Rate Environment
Wider gap
Elevated rates have pushed more buyers into the near-miss zone. This isn't a temporary condition. The pool of fixable-but-not-yet-qualified clients is the largest it's been in a decade.
→ The near-miss market is growing. The question is who captures it.
The shift
Stop treating declined clients as a dead end.
Start treating them as a 60-day pipeline.
Vance Credit — operating through the GTAC Finance referral architecture — gives your dealership or brokerage a formal, compliant, structured process that converts declined leads into future closings.
The process

How the referral works — step by step

The architecture keeps your dealership or brokerage completely separate from the credit repair relationship. You refer. We serve. You earn.

1
You
Client is declined or doesn't qualify. You hand them a referral card and say the words (script below).
2
GTAC Finance
Client visits GTAC Finance — our education platform. They learn about credit and see their options.
3
Client Decides
The client independently chooses to enroll with Vance Credit. Clean legal separation maintained.
4
You earn + close
You earn $5/month while they're enrolled. When their file is ready, they come back to you.
Why the two-step matters — and why it protects you
The Credit Repair Organizations Act (CROA, 15 U.S.C. § 1679) imposes liability on anyone who refers clients to a credit repair company as part of a financial arrangement. The GTAC Finance bridge is specifically architected so that you refer to an education platform, not to a credit repair company directly. Do not hand clients directly to Vance Credit or describe it as "our credit repair company." Use the language in the scripts below.
Two channels

Built for auto finance and mortgage — separately

The pitch is different for an F&I manager than it is for a mortgage loan officer.

Auto Finance · F&I

Turn a declined desk into a future closed deal

Your F&I manager has a client who doesn't qualify. Instead of losing that client, you send them to a path that brings them back — to you, score ready, within 60–120 days.

F&I Script (30 seconds)
"I can't get this deal done at a rate that works for you today, and I don't want to put you in a bad loan. What I can do is connect you with a resource that's helped a lot of people in this exact situation — usually within 60 to 120 days. It's through GTAC Finance, it's free to look at. When you're ready, come back here and we'll get this done right."
Mortgage · Real Estate

Pre-approve them now, close them when they qualify

A mortgage applicant who doesn't qualify today is often 60–90 days away from qualifying — if someone actually works their file. Most loan officers send them away with generic advice. You send them with a plan.

Loan Officer Script (30 seconds)
"Based on where your score is right now, we're not going to get you the rate you deserve. Here's what I want you to do: check out GTAC Finance — they have a free credit education platform. A lot of my clients come back qualified in 60–90 days. Keep me posted — I'm holding a spot for you."
Word-for-word scripts

Exactly what to say — and what not to say

These scripts are written to maintain the legal separation between your referral and the credit repair relationship.

F&I Desk — Client being declined or restructured Auto Finance
"I want to be straight with you — at your current score, I can't get you a rate I'd be comfortable putting you in. What I don't want is for you to walk out of here without a path forward."
"There's a free credit education platform called GTAC Finance — I recommend it to clients in your situation. They'll show you exactly what's on your report, what can be disputed, and what a realistic timeline looks like."
"A lot of people who go through it come back here 60 to 90 days later in a completely different position. Here's the card. When you're ready, I'll be here."
✓ APPROVED — You referred to an education platform. You did not sell credit repair.
Loan Officer — Pre-qualification or denial conversation Mortgage
"Based on where your credit profile is right now, we're going to have trouble getting you qualified at a rate that makes sense. I don't want to pull you into a loan you'll be stuck in."
"What I recommend is a resource called GTAC Finance. It's a credit education platform — completely free — that gives you a real picture of your file and what's holding your score back."
"Clients who take this seriously usually come back to me qualified within 60 to 90 days. Keep my number — when you're ready, we pick up right where we left off."
✓ APPROVED — Education platform referral only. No implied partnership with credit repair services.
❌ Do NOT say any of the following
"We have a credit repair company we work with…" · "Our credit repair partner will fix your score…" · "Sign up with Vance Credit and come back…" · "I get paid when you sign up for credit repair…" · "They'll raise your score by X points…" · Any statement implying your referral is financially motivated by the client's enrollment in credit repair services.
